A completely fresh and well-planned house with lovely bright surfaces and quality in all material choices. The house can accommodate both the large family or maybe two families. The natural site is beautifully and lushly nestled in pine forest-lined sand dunes. The entrance is upstairs on the 2nd floor. On the right side there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. One bedroom with a double bed. The open kitchen and living room have both comfortable seating and dining tables. In the other two bedrooms there is a single bed. The living room has a large modern TV and in the house there is fiber and free wifi. From the living room you have access to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. Outside there is a large terrace with several outdoor furniture, deck chairs and barbecue. The lush grounds offer both shady and sunny spots. In the ground floor, with outside entrance, there are two further bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with two bunk beds. There is also a fully tiled toilet with a shower. From your cabin, a path leads over the sand dune and out to the lovely beach. Here the bathers are not usually crowded. They usually end up a bit away at the public bathing area with car parking and toilets. Along the coastal strip here runs to the nature conservation area with dunes and pine forest. Here you can hike and enjoy nature and birdwatchers. Cycle along the coast and explore nature. ". In the area you will soon discover a tranquil calm. North of Yngsjö, Helgeå flows into the sea. It is only a short drive to the summer towns of Åhus and Kivik. Discover Forsakars nature reserve. Visit the commercial city of Kristianstad, perfect for the shopping ovens. There are several golf courses nearby, the closest being Degeberga / Widtsköfle Gk. For those who are interested in fishing, there is the opportunity both in the sea and in Helgeå (fishing license is required).
