56 km to the northeast from Tampere, lake Längelmävesi 25 m, first low, but after 20 - 30 m quickly deepening sand bottom, large terrace reaching the water level, pier and rowing boat.
Magnificent complex of year-round leisure buildings, completed in 2020. Main building 85 m² log villa, outbuilding 110 m² (of which 25 m² is in accommodation use), lakeside sauna 25 m², car shelter 59 m². Low stairs make easier access for people with reduced mobility to the main building, outbuilding, lakeside sauna and terraces.

WC, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric sauna stove), fireplace, air source heat pump, mechanical ventilation, large terrace (access to the cabin with wheelchair). Kitchen with induction stove/oven, wood stove/oven, hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
Outbuilding with complementary household and cooking facilities, storage, induction stove/oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge, fridge-freezer, washroom with WC, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, shed/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, light fireplace, TV, window facing the lake, workroom with large storage facilities, space for a desk, two sofa beds, garage and household systems room, which are not available for the tenants, all spaces have own doors. There is a terrace (about 100 m²) with outdoor kitchen-style fireplace on the roof of the sauna building. The lakeside sauna, large terrace (about 56 m²) in front of the lakeside sauna, and pier can be accessed by car or wheelchair.
This destination is not available for groups, which consist only of people whose age is less than 25 years.
The wastewater system of the cabin absorbs so-called grey waters into the soil. Wastewater from the toilets (brown waters) will be stored into an underground tank. If the tank fills up, it will be emptied during holiday. Carport with wall outlets for three cars.
Weekend bookings end at 12 noon. Elegantly built and decorated complex for year-round leisure activities, space for 12 people (not for groups of less than 25 years of age). From the large terrace of the log-built main building (area approx. 50 m²), there are stairs to the lakeside sauna and its roof terrace (area approx. 100 m²), as well as to the lakeside terrace (area approx. 56 m²), which located right next to the waterline. Slope areas of the yard are made of natural stones and shrubland. There is a small island in front of the cabin, some bird sounds may be heard during the nesting period. Good fishing opportunities in front of the cabin in the lake Längelmävesi/Koljonvesi. In addition to the ordinary lake fish, there are pike perches in the lake.
Ski resorts Himos 55 km and Sappee 55 km, Rönnin lava 11 km.
The cottage is available from 17:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure.
