Log chalet 2003, kitchen, living room, downstairs 2 bedrooms double bed in each, upstairs 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each and in loft 2 beds, washroom, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), open porch.
In summer two outbuildings also in use 2 beds in each, outbuildings have elec. light and heating. Garage for two cars. Spacious grill tepee in yard. Spacious chalet with all conveniences. Karaoke-equipment and wine cabinet. Ideal also for two or three families. Satellite TV.
Shore shallow, suitable for children, shore faces south. Plot is level and spacious area with grass.
Owner rents out an outboard motor and bicycles. Nearest neighbour is smoke sauna (40 m) which can be rented from owner, next nearest neighbour is 220 m away. Volleyball court and ping-pong table at summer time.
