Wonderful plot by the river Trosaån and with private bridge. Great old-fashioned glass veranda. Large country kitchen, TV room, living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.
The house has many rooms that all have personality and an old fashioned feel. In particular, the large glass veranda (30m²), a lovely room to sit in on the evening gets cool. There is a large dining table where the benefit dinner is enjoyed.
The garden is beautiful and has various seating and a hammock.
The house is on the river and it's walkway by the river down to the small town center (500m) Here you can stroll by the river or in the alleys, this is a rich variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
The perfect accommodation for those wishing to discover the charm of an old Swedish wooden city on the east coast. (Trosa is the center point of the Inga Lindström series shown on German Television) It is also close to the pristine nature with walking trails and 100's of lakes. Although the archipelago is easy to get to, with regular tour boats or rented boat.
