This is a spacious and cosy holiday home, nestled in a lovely rural and seaside location just outside of Hälleviksstrand, to the west of Orust. The house has plenty of space and much of the interior is decorated in a style typical of the 70’s, with its wallpapers and colour choices. On the first floor you will find the living area, with a large sofa bed and a TV-area, and wall-to-wall carpeting. There is also a dining room with a table and chairs, suitable for both eating and for playing games in the evenings. The house has a comfortable kitchen, including all the amenities required to cook a delightful meal, a dining area and a WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds. In the basement there is a new bathroom with a shower and a WC, as well as a laundry room. There is also a fold-up bed suitable for children. The house is located on a former farm, and you have a lovely view of the meadows and open fields. There are several patios where you can sit and enjoy your holiday over a good bite to eat and a cool drink. It's only 2,5 km to the charming village of Hällevikstrand where you can stroll along the beach and enjoy a visit to one of the local cafe’s or, if you’re interested, visit the port side pub. There is also a nice beach with cliffs, sand and a pier. You can take the ferry from Tuvesvik to the charming fishing village of Käringön, with its rich culture as well as several good restaurants and other places for entertainment. If you prefer fresh water, it is only 2 km to Lake Vassdals. The house is quite secluded with the nearest neighbour being 10 m away.
