A very fresh and modern beach cottage right by the dunes on Skrea beach. With swimwear and a beach towel and a few steps from the cottage you have the long, lovely sandy beach. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy both morning coffee and barbecue evenings. Only 40m away is a modern community facility with toilet, shower, sink and laundry. The cabin has a room with an open, well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a bunk bed that is separated by curtains. There is a TV with Swedish channels. There is free wifi. A portable AC is available to use if the summer nights get too hot. There are two private balconies, one of which has a terrace awning. There is comfortable outdoor furniture, deckchairs and there are also deckchairs for the beach. A short distance away is the modern, well-equipped communal facility with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. There is a grocery store 300 m away, open during the summer. At the Båtsmannen quarter begins a larger leisure area where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a little reminiscent of those found in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming pools, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 2.5 km to the center of Falkenberg with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is perfectly fine. For those interested in fishing, Ätran has excellent salmon fishing. Fishing license required. The nearest golf course is Falkenbergs Gk at Skrea.
