Rural villa with all the comfort needed! Beautiful top-renovated villa in a beautiful rural setting, with its own pond on the property. The road here consists of beautifully winding roads around Gunnarskog's lakes. Once there, you are greeted by a large lawn and courtyard. Here you can enjoy the warm summer days on the balcony, in the grass or why not down at the barbecue area by the pond. Here it is also suitable to sit on cool autumn evenings, as well as in the conservatory with its beautiful surroundings. When you put the key in the lock and enter the villa, you are greeted by a modern feel and open plan layout. Straight ahead you will find the relaxation room with a seating area, perfect for sitting in peace and reading a book. Along the hall you see the kitchen on the left and the large living room straight ahead. The bathroom is modern and has a WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. The first bedroom of the house has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen, which is the center of the house, contains everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove and much more. From the living room you have a beautiful view over the lawn and down towards the pond. The adjacent dining room swallows up the whole party and it is from here that you will find the house's glass conservatory with a beautiful view. Perfect for rainy days and late nights. A 250 meter footpath from the house will bring you down to the nearest lake. If you instead want a bathing place / mooring for a boat, there are several options for that within a short drive. Plenty of attractions nearby, such as Magnor Glasworks, Snoka Interiör, Eda Skans Museum and Kongsvinger Fortress. The Norwegian border is close. For the hiker/discoverer, there are many fine hiking trails in the area, for example the Finnskogleden trail, which is 24 kilometers long, starting at Morokulien. The city is close to you in the form of Arvika and Charlottenbergs Köpcenter on the border with Norway, which is also within a short driving distance. Good to know: The owner may stay for a few weeks in the guest cabin (annex) on the property during the summer.
