A really nice cottage in a quiet cottage area at a convenient distance to Tylösand's white long sandy beaches. Here you have the proximity to both sea baths and Frösakulls center with shops and restaurant. At a close distance there is also the entire hotel Tylehus entertainment with concerts, after beach and nightlife. You live in a well-planned cottage with all amenities and nice floor plan. In the spacious, bright conservatory you enjoy both morning and evening. From the entrance you enter the hall and an open kitchen with dining area. There is one bedroom with a single bed and one with a day bed that has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bath and a comfortable underfloor heating. The heart of the house is the spacious, bright and beautifully decorated conservatory with its comfortable furniture. Here you can open up on all sides to get a pleasant coolness, or close for visibility with slatted blinds. Upstairs there is a large open living room with seating area, TV and a lovely view. There is also a small workplace and a single bed. The plot is spacious and has several possible patios in the sun or under lush greenery. The lawn has space for the family's various activities. A short walk or bike ride takes you through cottage areas down to a fantastic nice beach. By bus or a short drive you reach central Halmstad. This lovely summer town really has something for everyone. Here you will find cozy restaurants, cafes and nice shops. The children must absolutely not miss the fairytale land or the bus factory. Those who love nature and walking can walk on Prince Bertil's path along the sea. If the sea is not heated, there are outdoor pools for both large and small at the "Crime". For those interested in fishing, both the sea and Nissan, which flows through the city, offer fine fishing. In Nissan, a fishing license is required. The golf town of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surroundings. The closest is Ringenäs nice golf club. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. During week 25-33, there is no electricity cost.
