This charming holiday home is situated southeast of Halmstad in beautiful Halland. It has been carefully renovated and it is set on a large, natural garden plot. The cottage features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also an outdoor, biological toilet. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful woodlands with delightful walking paths and plenty of mushrooms when the season is right. The sea is 23 kilometres away, a drive of about 25 minutes. Mellbystrand, 23 kilometres away, has a lovely sandy beach with shallow water. The nerest town is Laholm, 17 kilometres, withh it's picturesque town centre, shops and restaurants. The larger town of Halmstad is 30 kilometres away. Halmstad is one of the most popular summer towns in Sweden. Should there be a rainy day you can take the chance to visit Busfabriken, a big indoor playground that is very popular with the young ones. Halmstad also offers golf courses, shopping, restaurants and night clubs. Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, situated close to Halmstad. The village of Knäred is only 10 kilometres from your cottage, offering a grocery store and a leisure centre with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and canoes for rent. Or why not visit the popular summer town of Båstad, well known for it's many tennis tournaments. Nearby you will find Bjärehalvön where Ingmar Bergman's famous film “The Seventh Seal” was shot.
