Charming cottage with a good standard and quiet rural location in southwest Orust. Here you have walking distance to a nice swimming area and lovely nature plot with barbecue area that borders the nature reserve with nice hiking trails. The cottage is on one level and accommodates two bedrooms, one of which has a modern day bed that is easily pulled out and turned into a double bed for the night. Bright and modern kitchen with access to the terrace that extends around the house. Spacious living room with warming fireplace, for cool evenings and TV corner with sofa bed. Fully tiled fresh bathroom. The large terrace that goes around the whole house is partly under a roof so you can also sit outside and enjoy in cooler weather. Here you can enjoy the morning sun over a good cup of coffee and then follow the sun's path in the sky and move to the back of the house, to enjoy completely unabashedly the afternoon and evening sun. Lovely natural plot that borders both meadows and forest with plenty of berries and mushrooms where you also have good chances to see both small game and moose. About 1 km to Gårvik's nice bathing place with both rocks, jetty and sandy beach. Nearby Nösund also has two nice bathing spots. The small town was formerly a well-known seaside resort and is now a well-preserved community with a nice tennis court and excellent hiking trails close to the knots. Here is also the well-known Nösunds Värdshus with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr (2 km) which can be reached by free car ferry with crossing in just 3 minutes. Lyrön was formerly called a Bohuslän in miniature with its bare, barren sea side and green, leafy inside. Here are ancient monuments from the Bronze Age, idyllic, green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing places. On the island there is also the well-visited Restaurant Bryggvingen which also has a fish shop and is open in summer. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is 11 km from your home. The summer at Orust offers many goodies in the form of festivals and events. The city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km.
