Just south of the center of Osby in northern Skåne is this well-renovated house with a wonderful view of Lake Osby and only 75 meters down to the bathing jetty. In the modern and stylishly furnished wooden villa there are nice spaces for the whole family, with two large wooden decks partly under roof and nicely furnished. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake or the evening sun in the privacy of the back. The welcoming hall opens up to the living room where a spacious sofa in front of the TV and wood stove and with nice light. It turns into a pleasant dining area where 6-8 people can be accommodated and from the spacious and modernly equipped kitchen you have an overview of the whole family in several directions. Inside the kitchen, towards the back of the house is another cozy extension with a bright living room with sofa group, dining area, bookshelves and the door to the back terrace opens up to the garden. There you can enjoy nice barbecue evenings, almost completely protected from the neighboring houses by lush vegetation. On the lower floor there is also a separate WC and bathroom with shower, two sinks and a laundry room. Upstairs to the upper floor are the two bedrooms, where the larger is furnished with a beautiful double bed and beautiful details and with glorious views of the lake from the large window. The second room has two separate beds, desk and also an extra bed in the form of a thicker mattress. The owner's charging post is available for the electric car owner to use at the garage driveway, however, all power consumption during the stay is paid directly to the owner. The electricity meter in the laundry room is read and sent by text message to the owner before departure. Here, the whole family will enjoy themselves, with the house's generous spaces and with the proximity to Osbysjön and its quiet surroundings that offer many kinds of leisure experiences. Here you can rent a rowing boat, fish, canoe and SUP, swim and much more from the campsite located across the lake. Or just explore the area on the Näset peninsula, which is a nature reserve with walking trails and birdwatching towers. Maybe hike along the Skåneleden or explore all cycle paths and forest areas. Inside the hospitable Osby there are several restaurants, nice playgrounds for the children, Brio's toy museum and cozy summer cafes. In Älmhult, just over 20 km north, you will find both the IKEA department store and its museum. At Hovdala Castle outside Hässleholm there is also a shop, restaurant, garden, park and exhibitions. In this snapphane village there are many cultural monuments to explore. In Svarta Bergen's outdoor museum tells about what it was like to work in the past in Hägghult's closed quarry.
