Welcome to this charming house outside of Trelleborg, only 500 m to the ocean. The house has a basic yet fully functional standard with a pantry for simple cooking. Plenty of windows offer a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a garden and a lovely conservatory. The pleasant nature plot has plenty of trees, shrubs and bushes and offers a secluded oasis from where you can hear the ocean waves. The surrounding area between Trelleborg and Ystad is incredibly beautiful and has a large cultural offering. Swedens most southern point is barely a mile away.
