In the middle of the country with proximity to town and swimming is this nice house. A large charming older house with beautiful nature outside. Here you will find peace and if you are lucky you can see deer, roe deer and moose roaming by. The house has a cozy decorated glass porch and a large nice lawn with both trees, shrubs and trampoline. A house that is perfect for a family with children. The house is very nicely decorated in mixed modern and older style. You enter the main entrance on the right. There is a washing machine and space to throw away sandy shoes. To the left you are welcomed into a large bright kitchen. In this kitchen there is everything you could need, plenty of crockery and a kitchen table that seats 4-6 people. From the kitchen directly to the right there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. To the right then comes the living room with sofa and TV. Continue in to the house an dyou find a nice large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm). There is one more bedroom on the other side of the wall. There is a double sofa bed (140cm). In the house there are beautiful tiled stoves, it is not allowed to use them, but feel free to light the candle that is in each oven and enjoy the cozy feeling. Upstairs are two bedrooms where both bedrooms have a single bed each. From one bedroom you have access to the balcony. The nearest big city, Trollhättan, is about 20 km away and there are also buses. In Trollhättan there is an outdoor swimming pool, a cozy inner city along the canal, playgrounds, a large shopping center and old locks, saab museum and much to find. If you like to play golf, Koberg's golf course with an incredibly beautiful nature around and also Koberg's castle is recommended. In this lovely house you are peacefully out in the country with proximity to the west coast and why not go to Gothenburg with a visit to Liseberg. Welcome!
