At a convenient distance is Båstad's attractive summer town with a vibrant entertainment scene. A perfect accommodation for a large family or friends who want to holiday together. The house has a spacious, open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a wonderfully warming wood stove. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating. The house has three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and one has a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two people. From the living room you come out to a protected, glazed conservatory. Here you crawl in to extend the feeling of being outside on slightly chilly evenings. There is also a large terrace with lounge furniture. The back of the plot is lushly framed by lovely greenery and there is plenty of space for family activities. There is also a laundry room in the house. There is broadband and free wifi. The nice beach is within easy reach. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Skummeslövstrand's summer center is a convenient distance away. There is also a heated outdoor pool here. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. The house is not rented out to youth groups.
