Here on Vålarö, you have room for the large family and there are plenty of areas outside, with a trampoline for the little ones and different patios that are suitable for cozy barbecue evenings or breakfast before the day starts. You have a glimpse of the lake towards the bay from one of the patios and it's only a five-minute walk down to the bathing area where you have both a jetty to swim from and that you can find some rocks to swim from. The house is on two floors where the top floor has a living room with an exit to the glazed conservatory and access to a terrace. You have places to eat both in the living room, the glass-enclosed room and the terrace, so the possibilities are all based on weather and taste. A kitchen that has a slightly older standard but is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one of which has a double bed, one with a bunk bed and the third room has a single bed that converts to a double bed at night. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms with a double bed in each room and a spacious bathroom. If you want to go kayaking, two kayaks are included when you rent this house. In Svärdsklova, which is a slightly longer walk of about twenty minutes or five minutes by car, there are additional bathing facilities, a guest harbor and summer restaurant. You don't have that far to the Stendörren nature reserve, which offers wonderful nature walks and the opportunity to get out to islands on foot over suspension bridges where you can swim from the rocks. The coastal strip outside Nyköping has a lot to offer and many lovely places to visit. Welcome here and enjoy your summer
