Welcome to the lovely municipality of Nynäshamn and Stora Vika, a gem out in the countryside. The house is completely newly built and has all amenities, nicely furnished with a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house's bedroom is in the loft, with two single beds that can become a double if you push them together. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and opens onto the living room. A fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine can be found by the hall. You share the leafy grounds with the owner, but there is minimal visibility, as the cottage is higher than the owner's house. An air source heat pump provides heat and cooling. If you like walking, there are plenty of forests with nice paths to walk in. There is a nice sea bath just 900 meters from the house, with a sandy beach, rocks, jetties and toilets. Bus to the summer town of Nynäshamn runs 250m from the cottage; there are restaurants down in the harbour, a famous SPA and shops. From here, archipelago boats also go out to the islands in the southern archipelago, for example take a trip to Utö, a large and cozy island to discover. There is also a bus to Ösmo and the commuter train into Stockholm for more discoveries.
