Welcome to this rural villa with lovely garden where the large family can fit in the middle of the glass kingdom in Småland. The villa is 170 sqm and there are a total of 6 beds divided into a double bed, three single beds and a cot. The villa is from the mid-1900s but has been renovated continuously and has many fine original features left such as beams and brick walls indoors. Downstairs it is open plan. There is a nice kitchen, living room, bedroom with two single beds and a newly renovated bathroom with toilet and shower. If you go up one floor there is another toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. A cot is also available. In the basement there is an extra shower, washing machine and drying cabinet as well as alarge room that can be used as a playroom, for example. There is a balcony and a glazed conservatory where you can enjoy late summer evenings. The days are advantageously spent on the wonderfully large plot. There is a patio, playground equipment and a lot of space to run. A short distance away from the dwelling house there is a small pond where you can glimpse a fish if you are lucky. Towels can be rented on site. A short distance from the plot there is a river where crayfishing can be rented in the month of August and September. In addition, in the forests around the house, a lot of mushrooms and blueberries grow in the autumn. Älmeboda is a small village. The nearest shop and restaurant is in Rävemåla, 5 km away. There is also a cozy homestead park with a waffle café and small animals. You can swim in Älften about 3 km from the dwelling house. It is a cozy little lake with sandy beach and also shallow that is perfect for small children. A nice excursion is to visit Korrö. The restaurant at Korrö is well known for its good and very large schnitzel. Korrö is a small handicraft village reminiscent of an Astrid Lindgren village. Here you can go to the day's spa and paddle a canoe or just enjoy the good food and nature. You only have about 1 hour to Växjö where there are a lot of shops, shopping centers and airport. Or an hour to Kalmar and visit Öland and the Öland Bridge or why not Blekinge and its archipelago. If you like art, visit Kosta Boda art gallery in Kosta. At the glass center you can try blowing your own glass heart. There is also an outlet of 20,000 sqm where you can buy everything from clothes to hunting equipment. Take the opportunity to visit Kosta Boda Art Hotel, which is a world-unique glass hotel. They have a fantastic restaurant and spa. An experience beyond the ordinary.
