Charming slightly older cottage on beautiful Malö, north of Orust with a fantastic location and sea view! Here you have a splendid view of the fjord and Flatön on the other side of the bridge. Better location is hard to find. Just a stone's throw from the sea and the morning dip, then sit on one of the balconies with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and just enjoy. The whole family will enjoy themselves here. The cottage is located on a spacious natural plot that borders the commons and only 50 m to the sea. There is also a larger lawn suitable for play and games. The sea is like a living painting that changes depending on the weather and which you can admire both from the balcony and from several rooms in the house. Choose which patio you want to sit on by following the sun's path in the sky or if you prefer to sit in the shade and read a book Here there are several nice swimming spots to choose from, only approx. 75 m to rocks, bathing ladder, jetty or beach. The cottage is well maintained and still has original wallpaper and carpeting from the 70s in the bedrooms. The house is on one level and has 3 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds that you can choose to put together or separately. Spacious living room with large windows where you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view. There is also dining room furniture and a sofa with a TV corner and a warming fireplace. Smaller kitchen with access to one of the balconies. Newly renovated bathroom (2021) with shower cabin and washing machine. Feel free to take a walk to the historic Handelsman Flink with a well-visited restaurant and kayak rental, approx. 1 km. Dine well in the restaurant or buy fresh seafood in the boat shed. Prepare a picnic basket and sit on a rock and just enjoy. There is a small service shop at Malöcamping, 600 m, where you can also buy breakfast bread. Close to all services in Ellös 9 km with free car ferry. In Ellös there are several larger shops, entertainment and restaurants. Also, don't miss cozy Miss Trul's café and antiques. Located outside Ellös, on the mainland approx. 3 km from your cabin. Here you can eat good food and also buy something from the antique shop. Also close to beautiful Lysekil via car ferry over to Fruvik/Bokenäset. At Orust, there are opportunities for many activities for both young and old, diving, crab fishing, golf or just enjoying the Bohuslän nature.
