Welcome to a bright and very homely cottage with the water just nearby. The swimming area is located in the beautiful forest and is only used by those who live and have cottages in the area. The forest is verdant and the meadows outside are large. Here you live nicely in a quiet and rural environment. The cottage is of older character and it is today owned by the fifth generation and has been carefully renovated to maintain the older Swedish character. You are welcomed into a small conservatory with lots of light and nice glass windows. You have the entrance straight ahead and in the hall there is space to hang up outdoor clothes. To the right is the large living room with armchair, comfortable sofa, TV and a crackling fireplace. Directly from the hall, the dining room opens up with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is next door and has country charm with a modern kitchen and white goods. Nothing is missing here and you also have the older wood stove. Light, beams in the ceiling and a genuine feeling permeate the entire house. The house toilet is behind the kitchen with sink, wc, shower and washing machine. Perfect if you want to stay two weeks or travel with small children. From here there is an exit to the main entrance and wardrobes. The stairs up are a bit steep for toddlers so be a little vigilant. You come up to a family room combined as a sleeping alcove with a 120 cm wide bed. To the right is one of the house bedroom with a double bed and to the left another bedroom with two single beds, which can be moved together if you wish. In addition to the 5 regular beds, there is also an extra bed, a cot and a childrens bed for children up to approx. 5 years old. The floors creak and are rustic, which together with the new decor and feel make you feel a calm and very pleasant environment. Outside, you have access to the entire garden, with a lot of space. The house is on a farm so there is plenty of space for play and activities. Påbosjön is a small walking path from the house of just under 1 km. Here there is a barbecue area, a wind shelter and a changing room. The forest offers a lot of lingonberries, blueberries and on the bog you can also find cloudberries. If you want to break the peace of the countryside, you should go to Gällstad for shopping and Ulricehamn is not far from there. A day trip to Gothenburg and the west coast is recommended. If you want to stay around the cabin, there are nice hiking trails. Here you as a family with children will have a great time in a lovely environment. Welcome.
