A cozy farmhouse on the outskirts of Harplinge community. The house is newly renovated, bright and fresh. You have your own part of the owner's plot with panoramic views of pastures, farms and fields. Pheasants strolling across the meadow, free-ranging pigs roaring in the ground and horses in the pasture next door. Enjoy the tranquility and a rural idyll. A short drive takes you to the fine sandy beaches at Haverdal and to Halmstad's attractive summer town. From the entrance on the right side of the cottage you enter the cozy kitchen with dining area. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower. On the ground floor you have a combined living room and bedroom with double bed. A curtain separates the space. There is also a modern TV with Chromecast and free wifi. Upstairs you come to the sleeping area with a bedroom that has two single beds and a bedroom with a 100 cm bed and a small sitting area. The cottage has an air heat pump which on hot days can be used as an A / C at a cost paid on site to the owner. More info can be found in the cottage. Your patio at the entrance is windproof with a plank. Here you spend your balmy barbecue evenings. On the opposite side there is a small patio divided towards the owner's plot. Maybe this is the place for your morning coffee. Beyond the owner's house by the small stream is a large lawn, which guests can use for play and games. Keep an eye on the children by the water. Harplinge is a pleasant community at a convenient distance to the beautiful coastline between Halmstad and Falkenberg. Here you will find a shop, bakery and restaurant. It may be strange to recommend a walk in a cemetery, but Harplinge probably has the most beautiful in the country, definitely worth a visit. Haverdals nature reserve stretches along the beach to Lynga. There are several walking paths and a rich bird life. Biskopstorp, one of southern Sweden's largest forest reserves, is located 8 km inland. There are nice and easily accessible hiking trails through some of Halland's oldest and most valuable old forests of beech and oak. North along the coast you have Steninge, with its varied coastal nature. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here you will find a large selection of entertainment, including Äventyrslandet, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the immediate area, the closest being Haverdal's golf course.
