Welcome to this very fresh apartment with a sea view. Here you can enjoy the sun, swimming and all kinds of boats passing on the sea outside. This office apartment located in a partially industrial area has a great location for those who want to live near salt baths and Kungshamn center. It is within walking distance to several baths, jetties and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from jetties or fish crabs. Take a tour around Kungshamn's all jetties and booths. Maybe some fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On wonderful summer evenings, it is a good idea to sit on the balcony or on the terrace area of the jetty and enjoy the delights of the sea, such as pineapple shrimp, crayfish or a stuffed crab.
