A fairly newly built Hallandslänga, modernly decorated with a lovely rustic and rustic feel. A former farm that is freely located with a view of Lagan, but still close to both the beach and the town. You have your own part of the farm with horse paddocks fields as neighbors. At a convenient distance are the bathing beaches in Skummeslövstrand and Mellbystrand, the lovely summer town of Laholm and Båstad and Halmstad. When you park in the courtyard, you already feel the pleasant atmosphere. In the entrance you have on the left a bedroom with a double bed. Straight ahead there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower. To the right you have an open, fully modern kitchen in a rustic design with all equipment. The spacious living room and kitchen are bright and open in the ridge with exposed beams. There is a wood burning stove for warmth and cozy evenings. The pearl of the house is the veranda with its large glass sections. Here you enjoy the light and the view. Throughout the ground floor there is a comfortable underfloor heating. There are two sleeping lofts. One has a steep ladder / stairs up to a bedroom with two single beds. The second sleeping loft is also a TV room and there is a single bed. The stairs up here are also steep, but wider and with railings. The house has free wifi and a modern TV for streaming. The owner lives in an adjoining building. Your part of the plot has several patios, both in the "shadow mouth" and in the open, with panoramic views. There is also a beautifully decorated garden house that you have at your disposal. In the adjoining building there is access to a washing machine and freezer. In the upper part of the river, fishing is free. Below the power plant is a famous salmon fishery. A fishing license is required here. It can be flowing in the river at certain times. At a convenient distance is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive away you have Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. To the north, the buildings and the beach are transferred to Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses.
