Welcome to this central accommodation in Lysekil! The accommodation is part of a beautiful villa where you have the second floor all to yourself. The accommodation consists of two separate apartments located opposite each other on the floor - the perfect solution for those of you who want to be together but still have your own door to close around you. Here you live in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance to the summer town's city with all that that entails, such as; square trade, shopping, restaurants, boating, music, swimming and much more. It is also walking distance to the newly built, very nice and popular, beach promenade at Ålevik and Långevik's bathing areas. The harbor of Valbodalen, with the many boathouses climbing up the cliffs. and on the island outside there are also nice baths there. There is also a small child-friendly beach here. Along the promenade there are several nice seating and barbecue areas with a lovely view of the Brofjorden's salty water. Via the main entrance to the villa, you take the stairs up to the second floor where your accommodation is located. Here you are met by a hall, guest toilet and exit to the small balcony. The apartments are located on each side of the hall. Once inside, you are met in both apartments by complete kitchens with dining area, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and high chair. From the kitchen you enter a combined living room and bedroom. In one apartment there is a comfortable sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV and a large lovely double bed. In the second apartment there is a cozy sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and two comfortable single beds. In the basement there is a newly built shower and a newly renovated guest toilet. A laundry room can be borrowed in the house and is shared with the owner. Shared with the owner also applies to the nice garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Here you can enjoy good meals, conversation or a moment's rest in peace and quiet. The apartments have WiFi connection via fiber. The owner lives from time to time on the villa's first floor. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic sense of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat ride across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's boathouses and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on Holma's fine 18-hole course. Welcome to one of Bohuslän's pearls along the West Coast!
