In the middle of Bergslagen, a stone's throw from the old beautiful railway station building in Karbenning, this house is located. The house is of year-round standard and has all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. You live on two floors where you have a well-equipped kitchen on the entrance floor, where there is everything from a dishwasher to a classic wood stove, a large fridge and separate freezer and a cozy breakfast area. A freshly painted bathroom is on the entrance floor. A living room furnished with a large dining table where you have plenty of space to eat dinner if the weather doesn't allow you to eat outside on the terrace and a cozy sofa corner where you can curl up and watch TV and enjoy the warmth and crackle of a fireplace. You reach the large terrace from the living room and outside you have both a dining area and comfortable chairs to sit in to enjoy the sun. The terrace is partially covered with a roof, which means that you can get protection from the rain and if the sun gets too strong. Upstairs you will find the house's three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and the third room has a single bed. Bicycles are available to borrow on request from the house owner. The rowing boat is located down in lake Båven where you only have a short walk, there is also a nice swimming area here. If there are more of you in the party and you need another rowing boat, the house owner can arrange for you to rent another boat. Depending on the season, the area offers everything from swimming in lakes and streams to fishing, mushroom and berry picking and wonderful hiking trails. The homeowner has a larger crop in a greenhouse that will be irrigated by the homeowner or designee during hot summer weeks. Welcome to Karbenning
