Welcome to a charming holiday home with a secluded setting facing the lake, with great lake views and access to sauna and barbeque. You will experience a great view from the large open kitchen area, the living room and from the cozy conservatory. There are one bedroom with a simple bed on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms on the upper floor. The lakeside plot has several fine green spots which are perfect for games and play, with a private sand beach where you can find the raft and bridge. The rowing boat is docked next to the bridge. If you like to try you fishing luck you need to require a fishing license. If you looking for a more child friendly bathing spot with sand beach, diving tower, servings, mini golf and playing grounds you can travel to Rösjöbadet which is located approximately 2,5km away from your holiday home. There are several lakes in the nearby area and the ocean is not far away. The sauna is located in a separate annex close to the beach. Here you can light up the barbeque and enjoy the beautiful view. Sollentuna is located 3km away; here you can find a good shopping centre with both shops and restaurants. The wood burning stove fires only with pellets, pellets are purchased on site if necessary. This holiday home is not available for youth groups to rent, look at paragraph 3.3 iin the rental terms.
