A fresh and nice apartment in a quiet residential area with proximity to playground, nice walk & bike paths and only 10 minutes by car to the center and then on out to Orust, Tjörn and all sights. Via its own entrance from the outside, the entrance is separated. Here you enter an airy and modern kitchen with dining area. Inside there is a bathroom with shower, sink and sauna. A solid laundry room with space for all wet towels from today's excursion destination. There is a living room with a cozy fireplace, TV and sofa that is easily made into a 140cm bed. There are two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. Two extra beds of 80cm are available in the accommodation and can easily be placed where you wish. There is also a travel cot for the youngest family member. The accommodation is in an excellent location for excursions in the immediate area where many charming archipelago communities and sights can be experienced. A few miles to the south may attract Marstrand - the West Coast's sailing metropolis with a bustling life in the summer, historic buildings and royal splendor. The Svartedalen beautiful nature reserve with its fish-rich lakes and hiking trails is only 15 km away. Good communications by train or bus to the city of Gothenburg and the well-known amusement park Liseberg and Universeum, 45 km. Stenungs Torg with its large Galleria has 65 shops and all conceivable services and is only 10 minutes from the accommodation. Here you can go to different restaurants, stroll along the harbor, look at the boats in the guest harbor and enjoy an ice cream in the sun. A perfect accommodation even for those who want to sleep cool in the summer. Because here in the basement, the sun's warm rays are kept away and it's good to be here during the hottest summer days. If you want to sit in the sun and enjoy breakfast or dinner, there is a lovely terrace with lawn right next to the entrance Welcome!
