The townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Näset with walking distance to both grocery store and several restaurants. The house is completely renovated 2019-2021 with fine material choices and furniture. Two spacious and secluded patios where you have morning sun on one and evening sun on the other. Here you can enjoy your holiday over a good piece of food and drink and plan for tomorrow's adventure. Only 500 m straight west to Rörvik's nice bathing area, with both lawn, sandy beach and cliffs. A few hundred meters to the south is Hammarbadet. If you want a little variety, there is also Näset's nice bathing area about 2 km south from your home. The house is on two levels where the entrance level houses an open kitchen and living room with sliding doors to the spacious patio. There is also a laundry room and a bathroom. At the entrance there is also a nice patio with evening sun. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 120 cm wide bed and one with a sofa bed 150 cm wide and TV. There is another fully tiled bathroom with both shower and whirlpool bath for two. All of Gothenburg's entertainments can be easily reached by bus and tram or a few minutes by car.
