Welcome to the west coast and a cozy quiet accommodation right next to the big city of Gothenburg with its exuberant city life, the avenue and Liseberg. The house is located in a quiet residential area but close to several nice bathing places within about 15 minutes walk. In this very pleasant accommodation you can enjoy the tranquility and a well-equipped and tastefully decorated house with warm elements. The accommodation is with a seaside location in a quiet neighborhood located in western Gothenburg. Perfect accommodation for families with children who want to live close to the sea with proximity to all of Gothenburg's entertainment and attractions. The house is located in a cozy townhouse area, with a small plot at the back. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with extra long mattress 210x180 cm 2 people. The kitchen has been particully renovated this year with very tasteful furnishings and the living room opens up with a large living area. Outside is lawn and a lovely conservatory. The stairs up lead you to a lovely living room / play area with TV corner. But in front of the alt with ping pong tables and Roman rings where both children and adults can play. Next door are two bedrooms for children with a bed each. The bathroom is bright, fully tiled with shower, sink and toilet. Within walking distance you can easily get to Rörvik's bathing area with beach, jetty and cliffs. Ganlet bathing area offers swimming from cliffs and more stoning but beautiful bathing area. To all the pleasures of Gothenburg you can easily get by bus / tram or a few minutes by car. There is a large shopping center in Västra Frölunda and you must notthink to visit Liseberg and Universeum. Take the opportunity to take a trip with Paddan or stroll on the parade street Avenyn.
