60 km north of Heinola. Lake Jääsjärvi 40 m (length 30 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, firm sanded clay bottom. Own boat.
Wooden house 1970, renovated 1996 and 2000. Kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 1 person, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, washroom, open veranda. Entrance to the toilet from the veranda. Lakeside sauna, dressing room.
There is a small dishwasher in the kitchen. Cottage has s spacious living room and big and sunny terrace. The plot is in a natural state and rocky (not best possible for small children). The level of water on the shore has natural changes 20-50 cm. Good drinking water from the tap Lahti 100 km.
Local fishing license is included in the price.
Possibility for horse riding 7 km.
Traffice noise (road 4) can be heard at the cottage.
