Rent starting from 2nd month (you pay directly to me) is 540 euros plus expenses (per month utilities including water, electricity, internet are 60euros).

There is a possibility to use bedsheet and towels and all the house equipment in the kitchen, bathroom-sauna area, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, TV-Netflix etc. Perfect for exchange students or people coming to work in Finland. Very central location, beautifully and fully furnished modern Finnish home with all modern facilities including sauna and balcony. An extra bike can be available.
The area is located in beautiful seaside in Ruoholahti, one metro stop from the centre. Tram goes from the corner of our home and it takes 5 minutes walk to metro station. Also grocery shops and big shopping centre (Ruoholahti) in the close vicinity.
The room is suitable for one person, perfect for people in exchange.
