A lovely and pleasant log house in a really good location in the southern part of Åsa. A cottage with a lot of charm, decorated with a mix of old and new. A lush plot with several beautiful patios. A short walk takes you to the small boat harbor and a smaller bathing area with both rocky beach and sandy beach. The entrance to the house is from the lovely courtyard. To the right you have a smaller bedroom with two single beds. To the left is the living room of the house with lovely retro décor, a large modern Apple TV and a wood burning stove. There is also an older preserved sleeping loft that is certainly exciting for older children. The kitchen is spacious, modern and well equipped with dining area. Another smaller bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs there is a second floor with a spacious bedroom with a double bed. From here you can glimpse the blue sea of the Kattegat. From the kitchen there is access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture. In the house there are two bathrooms with shower and in the bedroom on the second floor there is a smaller toilet. The courtyard has a lovely setting between the timbered walls. The back of the house has a lush and lush plot with lawn. A little further away there is a larger public bathing area with jetty, toilets and barbecue area. In the immediate areas there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand, which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can look at the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Do not forget to make a trip to Tjolöholm slott where you get guided tours and pleasant experiences. Lovely places to visit are also Fjärås Bräcke and Äskhults by.
