Property with fantastic location next to Lake Fryken! Here you live beautifully and with bathrobe distance down to the morning dip in Fryken. This is the house with an unbeatable view? Take an extra look at this gem! You are welcomed into a large hall that connects the whole house. From here you reach the TV room, generous dining / living room, one of the bathrooms and the stairs to the upper floor. At the far end of the ground floor we find the spacious kitchen with all the equipment that may be needed for a pleasant stay. Feel free to look into the wonderful wood stove here. Upstairs we find the house's 4 bedrooms, as well as another bathroom, separate shower room and the magical view of Fryken. Östmansby is part of Östra Ämtervik, a quiet and convivial community close to cultural attractions such as Mårbacka & Alma Lövs museum. Sunne center is located about 15 minutes north of the property, where there are shops, local services and nice places to visit such as Sunne Sommarland, Sunne Ski & Bike, Rottneros Park and Berättarladan. Next to the corner of the house there are nice walking paths to follow along the lake and nice swimming opportunities. In the forest and land there are plenty of berries and mushrooms. The famous ski resort Ski Sunne, Selma Spa, Sunne Sommarland water park, Rottneros park is about 30 km from the cottage. Cycling, hiking, fishing, golfing, paddling, there is something for everyone. Mårbacka Minnesgård is located about 11.7 kilometers from the cottage, where Selma Lagerlöf was born and raised. At the manor you can go on a guided tour or just walk in the garden, there is also a cozy café. For those interested in fishing, there are salmon, trout, pikeperch, pike, perch, to fish requires a fishing license. Welcome to the tranquility and country life!
