In the Östergötland archipelago is the cottage area Ramsdal and this house which is last on the road and has no neighbors on one side or at the back. Here you have a large garden to stay in and for children to run around and play in. At the back of the house there is a large newly built terrace where you can sit and eat or sunbathe and enjoy nature and the view. Swimming opportunities are available in two places, a large family-friendly sea bath about 700m away which has diving towers, framed piers and large lawns with benches and tables. The other bathing area is about 2km from the house and is a bay that comes in from the sea. The house is on one level and is open between the kitchen and living room, with a small partition in between on half the wall. In the living room is the patio door that goes out to the large patio. The two bedrooms with bunk beds are small and in the third bedroom there is a double bed. Before the summer, the owner is going to paint the walls there as well as the ceiling in the kitchen and living room to get more light. On the plot there is a guest house that the homeowner will need to stay in sometimes. There is a lot to do in the archipelago and to go around to watch. If you want to go kayaking in the archipelago, there are several rental places. To Valdemarsvik it is about 22km, which is beautifully situated with the bay that runs into the town. To the beautiful medieval town of Söderköping it is about 30 km, where the Göta Canal runs through and where the large famous ice cream parlor is located. It only takes about 1 hour to drive to Kolmården Zoo.
