Welcome to an oasis of greenery where behind the gate you disappear into a wonderful garden and a stately house from the early 20th century. A place where you also have the sea just a few hundred meters away. This is a well-planned house with kitchen, dining room and living room angle on the ground floor. Here you also have the house's bathroom with washing machine. On the upper floor you have a larger common room with a sofa bed, single bed and an extra bed. Place for 4 people in other words. Here you can also catch a glimpse of the sea from one of the windows. The adjacent bedroom has a double bed. Airy rooms on the upper level but you will probably spend most of the time on the lower level. Once again you are drawn out to the garden where you have small "rooms" with different seating areas. There is also a lovely place to grill for the happy days of the holidays! The basement is closed and private. North of the beach is the marina. On the pier there is a lovely sauna with a view of the sea. In the harbor there are restaurants and shops. In the city center there are several cozy cafes, restaurants and cozy shops. The Kullaleden, is a 70 kilometer long hiking trail, it goes around the Kulla Peninsula from Helsingborg, via Höganäs, Kullaberg, Arild to Utvälinge. There are several cycle paths and from Höganäs to Helsingborg the path is illuminated. Visit Kullaberg nature reserve with nature room. No other Swedish city is as strongly associated with ceramics as Höganäs. Here, the kilns have been fired hot for almost two hundred years. At Outlet Handelsplats Höganäs you can shop for glass and ceramics, books, clothes, sportswear and kitchen utensils, among other things. In the area there is also a café, a fish shop, a flea market and a ceramic center. There are a large number of golf courses in the area, the closest is Helsingborgs Gk in Viken. For those interested in fishing, the entire Kulla Peninsula offers fantastic sea fishing. Warm welcome here!
