Welcome to the heart of Småland, where you live in a red cabin with white knots. The house is located in a charming house and cottage area with proximity to several lakes and beautiful swimming spots. The house is of a very good standard and has a good open floor plan that is suitable for families with children or elderly groups. You are welcomed into a bright hall where the living room and kitchen are integrated into one. The kitchen is fresh and was renovated in spring 2022. The house has a warm homely style. The kitchen is modern with a large fridge, washing machine built into the entire kitchen area. The stove is an induction stove and the oven is a combined oven with mico. There is a freezer in the storage room next to the bathroom. The living room has comfortable armchairs and a sofa with a TV bench. The TV is Chromecast combined with Apple TV. The sofa can be made into a bed into a simpler version of a sofa bed and counts more as an extra bed. Here you have access to the balcony with a dining area and grill for pleasant dinners. The house has two bright bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed 180cm. The accommodation also has two bathrooms. A slightly larger one located by the entrance with a shower cubicle, wc, sink and a smaller washing machine. The other has a sink and toilet. Both are fully tiled and bright. The house is located in a quiet environment with several houses in the area that are year-round residences or summer cottages. Only 5 minutes by car comes to a very nice swimming area with sandy beach, lawn and nice water. Hoks Herrgård is known for its spa and fine golf courses. Barely 40 minutes from the accommodation is High Chaparall – a wild west world for both children and adults. A 2-hour drive and you are in charming Vimmerny and Astrid Lindgren's world. You will enjoy yourself here regardless of the season, as the landscape of Småland is known for deep green forests with lots of berries and beautiful nature. Welcome! ATTENTION!
