A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is privacy-protected, spacious and beautifully nestled and protected from privacy by verdant pine trees. In the entrance there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The house's most important and largest room is an open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large bright and tasteful living room. There is a comfortable sofa group and a sofa bed for two as well as a modern TV with Swedish channels. In the middle of the room sits a stove that you can light a fire in if some evenings get a little chilly. The larger bedroom has a double bed. There are several places in the lovely forest plot for garden furniture as well as a covered terrace where you can enjoy both breakfast and lovely barbecue evenings. There is mobile broadband and free wifi. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
