Enjoy pleasant holidays in a modern house in beautiful Drag with only 350m to the beach and 20km to Kalmar. At the nice bathing beach with bathing jetty, you can see Öland's bridge, Kalmar and Öland's contours beautifully in the distance. The house has a spacious, open kitchen with a large dining area, here the roof is open right up to the ridge. The living room with a spacious comfortable sofa is upstairs. TV screen with Smart TV and wifi (no channel range). You have two bedrooms on the lower floor, one with a double bed of 180 cm, the other with a family bunk bed where the lower slat is 120 cm and the upper 90 cm. You also have a guest house at the back with a double bed. The house has a bathroom located on the lower level with wc, sink, shower and washing machine. You have a lovely garden to enjoy as well as a terrace with outdoor furniture. There are also swings and a trampoline for the children. The house has a beautiful older stone wall that separates it from the forest area. The house is not rented out to youth groups/parties. Not allowed to charge electric cars There are very beautiful beaches and walking paths to discover here. Enerevet is nearby for those who want a larger sandy beach. Lindö Nature Reserve offers wonderful nature to hike in. At Revsudden there is Kalmar's highest point Alkullaberget with a magical view. Canoe and kayak rentals are available for those who want to explore Kalmar Sound (Revsudden Kayak). At Revsudden there is the summer bakery "Flickorna på Revsudden" where you can buy freshly baked bread as well as Revets Bistro, a Food Truck well worth trying. You can also visit Tjorven Café & Museum. Kalmar is a must-visit with its rich culture, shopping and restaurant selection. Don't miss visiting Kalmar County Museum and wonderful Kalmar Castle. For the children, Skälby Gård is usually popular with its animals and playgrounds. Feel free to explore the kingdom of glass, where today there are 13 glass factories and studio cabins. Take the opportunity to take a trip across the bridge to the island of the sun and winds, Öland, where you can enjoy e.g. Castle ruins, beautiful beaches, farm shops and Öland's body cakes. For the children there is Öland's Djurpark with its animals, amusement park and water park.
