Do you want to live close to the sea, shopping, Orust & Tjörn, sights and fishing waters? Then you should come to this nice house in Stenungsund, located 4.5 km from the center which has everything from guest harbor, swimming and boating to a variety of restaurants and shops. The house is 160 sqm on one floor with a few steps on the floor down to the recreation room. Two separate entrances where in the first you enter a small hall and to the left is the recreation room with sofa group, bar counter and wood stove for cozy summer evenings. Straight ahead there is a sauna with shower and plenty of space to dry bath towels if you have been on the beach all day. To the right and a few steps up is the small toilet with sink and straight ahead a large and spacious kitchen with kitchen island. All 4 bedrooms are on the east side of the house and in two of the rooms there is a single bed that is 90cm. The third bedroom has a bunk bed 80 / 120cm and a master bedroom with a double bed 180cm. There are also several closets that hold your packing. The house's second bathroom is located opposite the master bedroom and here is a bath, toilet and sink with luxurious atmosphere. An extra bed (foldable) is available in the house if you do not want to share a bed. Straight front living room with lovely corner sofa, stove for cosiness factor and large TV and dining table. The second large entrance is adjacent to the living room and here you come to the house's terrace with outdoor furniture, awning and a large gas grill. Via a gate in the fence you come to the glazed conservatory which also has both a dining table and two armchairs. Perfect for dinners morning and evening. The plot has a large lawn around the whole house and here the children can run barefoot and play freely. If you have several cars, there is a large driveway with space for 3 cars. This accommodation invites to many different excursions in the immediate area where charming archipelago communities and sights can be experienced. A few miles to the south may attract Marstrand - the West Coast's sailing metropolis with a bustling people's life in the summer, historic buildings and royal splendor. You can get to Svartedalen's beautiful nature reserve with its fish-rich lakes and hiking trails within 30 minutes by car. Good communications by train or bus to the city of Gothenburg and the well-known amusement park Liseberg and Universeum, 45 km. Stenungs Torg with its large Galleria has 65 shops and all conceivable services and is only 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. Here you can go to different restaurants, stroll along the harbor, look at the boats in the guest harbor and enjoy an ice cream in the sun. A perfect house in a perfect location. Welcome!
