With an absolutely excellent lake location, this beautiful house is located in the heart of Bergslagen. Within a few kilometers, there are countless excursion destinations for those who are interested in nature, hiking and visits to old working environments. ö The house offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. An entrance with space for hiking boots and other clothes opens onto the bright living room with cozy sofa group and a wonderful lake view. There is also a stove that can increase the cosiness factor on a chilly evening. The fully equipped kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and the generous dining area. On the same floor is the bedroom with a double bed where you look out to the lake. The house's bathroom is on the same floor and is equipped with shower, toilet and sink, a washing machine is in a walk-through room outside the bathroom. Downstairs there is another room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, the room also has a separate entrance and a magical view of the lake. In the guest house located on the hill above the large house there are 2 more beds and a small terrace outside where you can enjoy the wonderful lake views. Additional terraces are available on the main house as well as a large extended terrace with plenty of space for all the house's guests. Down by the lake there is a nice jetty where you can swim. One of the house's wonderful places is the boathouse. It has been converted into a large conservatory with long tables and chairs and here you can sit and eat long dinners right by the lake and at the same time have protection from any bad weather and wind. The plot is hilly and has stairs from the house down to the boathouse and the lake. Warm welcome!
