Welcome to a family-friendly, cozy and homely villa that in recent years has been carefully renovated and, among other things, extended with its unique tower. With its central location in Tanumshede, you are close to the resort's shopping centers, shops and restaurants. Via a nice external staircase you come up to the villa's entrance and further into a small hall. On the first floor there is a kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, large pantry with fridge and freezer. Furthermore, there is a wonderfully large dining room, a cozy and pleasant living room with wood burning stove and a small living room for the more intimate conversation, a toilet and another hall that via a staircase takes you up to the second floor of the villa. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a 120 cm bed, in this room there is also an extra bed to take out of the closet, it has wheels and can thus be placed in which room you want. Living room with TV and bathroom with bath and underfloor heating. Outside the villa there is summer furniture with barbecue all for a nice moment conversation over a good piece of food and something good in the glass. The villa has WiFi connection. Washing machine is available to borrow in the basement, where there is also an extra toilet with shower. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where you in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops, restaurants can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature are in the area such as. Tjurpannan and also Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavet National Park is well worth a visit.
