Let yourself be charmed at first sight! Lovely cabin with conservatory and guest cabin among sand dunes and incredible outdoor areas just 600 meters from wonderful sandy beach! Enjoy this seaside idyll. In this nice red cottage, which is modernized and homely, you step into a larger hall where the bathroom is straight ahead. From the hall you also reach a spacious kitchen with a bar table and chairs. From the kitchen you also have the balcony door out to the inviting balcony. Perfect when you want to grill something and at the same time want to have direct contact with the kitchen. Further down in the cabin is the spacious living room with wood burning stove, definitely something to use in the evening. Just buy a sack of firewood and make a fire. From the living room you reach both bedrooms, one comfortably furnished with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. As if the surfaces weren't enough, you have an absolutely fantastic outdoor room where you set up when the weather isn't on your side or when you wanted to stay "outside" as long as you can. Here, the whole party can sit both on the balcony and in the conservatory. As the icing on the cake, you have a guest cottage that has both a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. Furnished with a pull-out bed so that two people sleep well here. You have a lovely natural plot to move around and the cottage is also located on a corner plot adjacent to beautiful surfaces of sand and vegetation. This is a place and cottage you will want to return to! In addition to the wonderful beach a short walk away, there is much to do in Skåne and Blekinge within reasonable distance. In Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing tours that leave from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings are still there. This can be seen, among other things, in the plots' oblong nets, where people once hung their fishing nets to dry.
