A paradise for anyone who enjoys swimming, fishing, paddling a boat or picking blueberries and mushrooms in the nearby forest. The house was renovated in 2020 and has a modern and beautiful interior. Lönneberga is a small village known from the stories of Astrid Lindgren and you live on approx. 60 square metres with a view of the enchanted nature of Smaland. The beautiful Lake Linden is within walking distance of the house, and apart from "Pippi's World", the Glass Kingdom, the elk park in Virum, a trip to the gold panning in Ädelfors, Boda Borg and much more are excellent excursion destinations, or you can stay at home and paddle a boat across the beautiful lake, go swimming or fishing directly from your boat. A popular bathing area with a long bathing jetty and a small playground is just 150 metres from the house. The forests also invite you to pick berries and mushrooms or take a nice trip to the eastern scissor landscape of Sweden and enjoy the peace, nature and versatility of this region and welcome to the holiday home "Lönneberga Emil" in Småland.
The modern holiday home has an appealing and fresh interior. Small but nice extras such as dishwasher and washing machine are integrated. This includes a large living-dining area with a modern fitted kitchen (2018) with all the necessary appliances for comfortable self-catering with an integrated dining area with table and 4 chairs as well as a nice living area, plus two beautiful bright bedrooms with a total of four beds. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine, as well as a cosy glazed conservatory with dining area and reading corner and an open fireplace that can be used as a barbecue.
The house is the last house on a spacious plot bordering a forest, which is ideal for walks. Behind the house runs a small stream from Lake Linden. Garden chairs, barbecue and loungers are available for dining in the fresh air.
A sturdy rowing boat can be hired from the neighbour for a fee. For those who like fishing, a fishing licence can also be purchased there, and our tenants can hire bicycles to explore the surrounding countryside.
