Step into a wonderful villa that has been renovated and breathes Nordic design! Here you have an incredibly lovely garden with lots of sun where you can enjoy large parts of the day. The location of this villa in the middle of Skåne gives you the opportunity to really explore everything you desire within reasonable distances. Once inside the door, you step further into an airy living room with an open plan to the kitchen. Renovated and very nice to stand and cook in. Here you also have a good dining area for breakfast. In the evening, you like to light the fire and enjoy yourself on the sofa. Next to the living room you have an inviting bedroom with a double bed. On this floor you also have two extra bedrooms, both with single beds and comfortably furnished. You also have a larger bathroom here with a shower. Down the stairs in the incredibly bright basement, you also have a larger bedroom with a double bed. Next to the bedroom you also have a bathroom. You probably spend a large part of the time in the garden and of course you should take the opportunity to grill and pick berries or fruits in the garden. Here you feel good both indoors and outdoors. There is a lot to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Just a short drive or bike ride away is Ringsjön, where you can both swim and fish. Something that is appreciated to do is canoeing in beautiful Stockamöllan. Other sights and excursion destinations are Lake Bosarpsjön, Bjeverödsdammarna, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center, Bosjökloster and an incredibly fine golf course (Bosjökloster GK). At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Scania, there are plenty of beautiful beaches along the entire coast around Scania. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. Warm welcome here!
