This house is located near Trosaån, with a view of meadows and woodlands, in the Södermanland landscape. You can reach Trosa, with its cozy guest harbor and old town buildings, in less than 15 minutes by car. If you want to visit Stockholm, you can reach central Stockholm in about 50 minutes by car or you can take the train which takes 45 minutes from Vagnhärad. The house, which is an old croft from the middle of the 19th century, has been modernized in recent years, where both the kitchen and bathroom meet a modern standard with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. In total, there are 8 beds incl. the junior bed which is 70x160 cm. Downstairs you will find a kitchen with a large dining area for 8 people and all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and induction stove and a fireplace that can provide an extra cozy factor on a chilly evening. Here you also have a living room with another dining area and a sofa as well as a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Upstairs is the house's bathroom, which is also equipped with a washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, and a TV room with a comfortable sofa. The furniture in the house is mixed but comfortable and functional. The house has a large plot with plenty of space for the whole family and even if you have a neighbor's house about thirty meters away, privacy and tranquility prevail. In the garden you have an outdoor group and an outdoor grill. The Trosa River, which flows from Lake Sillen and out into the Baltic Sea down in Trosa, offers opportunities for fishing (fishing license required) for those interested. The Baltic Sea, which is a few kilometers away, has free fishing with rod and hook. A given excursion destination is Trosa, where the guest harbor invites you to sit and enjoy one of the outdoor restaurants or to stroll along the Trosa river and enjoy the genuine and beautiful buildings with their historic wooden houses. Kolmårdens Djurpark can be reached in about 1 hour and you have Stendörrens Nature Reserve within an hour's drive. At Stendörren, you can get far out into the archipelago without a boat by hiking and using the suspension bridges that exist between the islands. Beautiful rocks invite you to swim. Warm welcome!
