Welcome to live in a newly renovated cabin in the fishing and boating community Tegelstrand. The cottage has some views of the islands and sea from the upper floor and on the grounds there is a well-sized lawn made for games and play. Here you really have the chance to live the "good life" near the sea with salty swimming, boating and walking paths to neighboring coastal communities with a view of the sea's "highway" where thousands of boats pass in summer. The cabin's location provides excellent opportunities for those of you who want to go out and explore the magnificent archipelago outside, feel free to bring your own kayak or rent one in the neighboring town of Hamburgsund. There are several fine beaches in the area and it is also possible to buy seafood directly from local fishing boats. The cabin's entrance is reached via a fine granite staircase, once inside you are greeted by the wonderfully fresh smell of newly renovated. First floor has a completely open floor plan, kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, dining room with dining room furniture, living room with sofa bed and Apple TV. In the hall is one of the cabin's bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, two with 160 cm double beds and one with a 140 cm wide double bed. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. From one of the bedrooms you come out onto a balcony, perfect for facing the morning sun. Outside the cabin there is summer furniture and a barbecue, a lovely place for sunbathing and for cozy barbecue moments where you discuss the day's adventures or plan for new ones. In the cottage's basement there is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The cabin has WiFi connection. In the cabin there are various games to borrow. In the neighboring community of Slottet are the remains of an ancient castle located on a high mountain with a mile-long view of sea and land, a perfect excursion destination for a coffee break. A Viking market is also held there in early August. Hamburgsund is the area's largest town, here are fine shops, restaurants, café, fishmongers, mini golf and several nice bathing spots. Here you can also rent kayaks, try diving, go on boat charters and archipelago boats to see the fantastic archipelago, e.g. to the old lighthouse and pilot lookout on the Väder Islands. The community also has an outdoor stage "Scen på Bönn" which during the summer has several different events in music and children's theatre. From Hamburgsund, a car ferry goes over to neighboring Hamburgö with more nice bathing spots and coastal paths with fantastic views of the surroundings and the archipelago's many islands. The cottage is geographically well located for day trips to charming coastal communities both to the north and south. Welcome to a fantastic stay in Norra Bohuslän's archipelago environment!
