Here you live in a quiet group house area close to both the sea and strandhotellet's amenities. Start your day with a lovely morning swim and then sit on the patio or balcony and enjoy your holiday. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining area and living room with open-plan sofa group and TV with chromecast. Exit to the lovely terrace. The kitchen has a 2-plate glass hob and modern microwave with oven function. (No ordinary oven). Bright bedroom with 2 single beds that serve as a double bed and fresh fully tiled bathroom. The upper floor is accessed via stairs on the outside of the house. There are another 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds that you can choose to use as a double bed or to separate. One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Living room with sofa bed (140 cm wide) and TV. Also on this floor there is a fresh fully tiled bathroom and a refrigde/freeze combination. Strandhotellet is next door (30 m) with your house and here you can use their restaurant and nice outdoor seating. Here you also have access to both freezer and laundry room. But also rent a sauna on the beach or rent bicycles. A little walk away you find an outdoor gym and exercise loops. Close to the city centre with several shops and restaurants. Many attractions in the surrounding area, please visit Skummelövstrand's summer center with many restaurants and shops. Don't miss a visit to the Bjäre Peninsula with its picturesque villages. If you want to go on nice day trips, you are also close to both Laholm, the vibrant summer towns of Halmstad, Varberg and Falkenberg.
