All facilities in the house. Open living room and kitchen on the second floor which is fully furnished with good furniture, dining area and sofa corner with sofa bed. Direct access to a spacious veranda from the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds (with a sleeping horse in the upper bunk) bedroom 3 has a sofa bed with two beds and a desk. Bedroom 3 can be well suited for a home office. Sofa bed with two beds in living room and travel cot for children. The house is arranged for holidays with children with travel cot, high chair and stair gate. Furnished with pretty and functional furniture. Small paving at the entrance where you can enjoy the morning cafe. Free use of the internet (wifi). Great swimming area just around the corner with jumping tower, slide, communal grill and pizza oven, lawn and benches. There are two parking spaces right next to the house and charging for electric cars for a fee in the area. Tvedestrand: 8 min by car 4.8 km, Arendal: 20 min - 27 km, Risør: 30 min - 32 km The zoo: 55 min - 77 km Tvedestrand offers a range of activities for young and old. In the center you will find small, cozy niche shops, restaurants, cafes, a library and many antique shops. You will find, among other things, an outdoor swimming park in Tvedestrand, which is Northern Europe's largest of its kind. It is an inflatable activity park in water, it offers, among other things, Climbing walls, slides, swings and balance balls. It is completely free and located in the middle of the city. You will find Raet National Park and the Coastal Culture Center in the center and the cultural week offers famous artists and boat races. The town even has a floating sauna at Hagefjordbrygga where there is also a very nice restaurant. Nes jernverket's museum offers history, walks and market days. Arendal & surrounding golf course is also located in Tvedestrand. Otherwise, Southern Norway offers beautiful swimming beaches and rocky cliffs.
