Welcome to a unique accommodation in a surrounding farm dating back to the 1800s. The rooms are carefully renovated with care for its cultural value. In the courtyard, the whole party gathers in a secluded and pleasant environment. From the plot's large lawn and from some rooms you have sea views. Within walking distance is Apelviken's fine sandy beach. Apelviken is one of northern Eurpa's best windsurfing beaches with an established surfing culture. At the entrance part of the courtyard there is a spacious open and well-equipped kitchen with a combined dining room and lounge. There is a TV, a vending machine for chilled drinks and a laundry room. There are three toilets, one is handicapped accessible and has a shower. In this part there is also a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Via the courtyard you come to another accommodation area with a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Another bedroom has two single beds. There is a small living room with TV. Upon request, additional beds can be offered. The whole farm has free wifi. It is possible to rent bicycles in the yard. You are close to several nice summer restaurants by the sea. The nice promenade takes you all the way to Varberg. An electric train runs from Apelvikens Semesteranläggning/Camping, along the promenade into the city centre. Varberg is a popular destination with the medieval castle Varberg Fortress as an important landmark. In Varberg there is Halland's cultural-historical museum, which is known for Bockstensmannen. In the city there are theaters, cinema, and in the summer a large number of concerts are given. Many people appreciate Varberg for its cozy small streets with good shopping. Fun little shops, market stalls every Wednesday and Saturday and in the harbor below the fortress a row of arts and crafts stalls. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird sanctuaries. There are also exhibitions, shop and café. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the World Heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk.
