Welcome to a wonderful and spacious house with a nice sea view in the charming fishing community of Hälleviksstrand. Here you live only a stone's throw from the sea and with a beautiful sea view from most rooms in the house. The house also has a charming and private garden. In addition, only a short distance to the nice bathing area. In other words, a perfect house for the larger family or group that wants to relax and enjoy the nice location and good standard. Both young and old people will enjoy themselves here! This beautiful archipelago house is originally from the 1920s and is in the best location by the harbor plan in Hälleviksstrand. In charming Hälleviksstrand, the boathouses are crowded by the water and the residential buildings are very close to the mountains above. The house is on two levels and has now been tastefully renovated with modern and comfortable furnishings. The entrance level contains a spacious kitchen with a dining area where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. Two bedrooms in a row where one has a double bed (180 cm) and the other a family bed with a 140 cm wide lower bed and a 90 cm wide upper bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC. A staircase leads to a pleasant living room with a warming stove, on cool evenings. Exit to balcony where you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the fjord. There are three more nice bedrooms here. One with a double bed (160 cm) and two with single beds (90 cm & 120 cm). Another bathroom with shower and WC. In the basement there is a washing machine and an extra refrigerator. The house has a pleasant private garden with several patios. There is both a lawn, a playhouse and toys for the smaller children, as well as a spacious wooden deck with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a good meal with a drink. If you don't want to cook the food yourself, you walk 50 m to the harbor area and sit down at Erwing's Junkfood, which, among other things, serves good hamburgers on its deck right down by the piers. Short distance to the nice bathing spot with both a small beach, jetty and nice rocks. Many sights and attractions in the immediate area. Feel free to take the ferry from Tuvesvik to the nearby islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. The nearest service location is Ellös, 6 km. 80 km to the south is the big city of Gothenburg with the Liseberg amusement park.
