Apartments are available for one to three residents, and some apartments have a connecting door to link two rooms, for a two-room apartment of 50 sqm, which is popular with families and larger groups.
When you step inside the front door, you are greeted by a nice hall with practical storage with a coat rack and a large wardrobe and on the floor is a durable tile floor. past the hall, the floor plan is distributed on a kitchenette, bathroom, dining table, TV corner and bedroom area, with a parquet floor in white ash.
The apartment has a modern color scheme. The dinner table seats 2-3 people and is perfect for both dinners and work. Next to the kitchen you reach the TV corner which has a sofa or armchair with a table, as well as a view through the large windows, with the exit to the lovely balcony (Not all rooms has a balcony), to enjoy the outdoors.
The bedroom area is furnished with a wide bed for comfortable sleep. The bathroom is fully tiled and furnished with a shower, bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rack. The property has just been completed and contains 4 floors.

The first center is easily reached via the fine cycle paths, where you will find, among other things, a pharmacy, Ica supermarket, health center and dentist.
Uppsala offers good bus connections where bus no. 6 stops nearby and then takes you on to the central station. For car commuting, you have good proximity to the E4's north and south access.
The apartment rent includes weekly cleaning as well as a full clean when moving out. Both companies and private individuals are welcome to rent both one and several apartments for a shorter and longer period of time.
